Dalrada adds legal expert Amy Scannell and venture capitalist Vincent Monteparte to board as it eyes Nasdaq listing

“As Dalrada prepares to uplist to Nasdaq, their professional backgrounds are strategic,” said Dalrada founder CEO Brian Bonar

Dalrada Corporation said it has added Amy Wing Scannell, who is the General Counsel of Tipp Investments LLC., and venture capitalist Vincent Monteparte, an expert on software technologies, to its board as the company seeks to expand its presence in the investment community and uplist on the tech-heavy Nasdaq.

In a statement, Dalrada founder CEO Brian Bonar said: "Dalrada is pleased to welcome its new directors, Amy Scannell, Esquire and Vincent Monteparte. Both are proven leaders in their fields. Their experience and skillsets facilitate Dalrada's expansion into the three highest-growth industries of technology, clean energy, and healthcare.”

“Also, as Dalrada prepares to uplist to Nasdaq, their professional backgrounds are strategic," he added.

As a principal and venture partner in the venture capital and investment banking industry, Monteparte manages transactions and investments ranging from $40 million to $500 million. Monteparte's leadership has positioned mid-market organizations to upwards of $2 billion in enterprise valuations within the software technology sector, noted Dalrada.

With a diverse background in software technologies, aerospace, transportation, logistics, real estate, and healthcare, the roles led by Monteparte include venture partner at Sway Ventures, a US-based venture capital firm investing in early to mid-stage technology companies, and principal at Global Capital Markets, an investment banking firm focused on mid-market transactions for tech, manufacturing, service, and retail companies.

Monteparte began his career as an entrepreneur founding various companies, most recently Miro Technologies. The business was sold to a Fortune 100 multinational defense and aerospace corporation for 14x return on invested capital with an IRR of 48%.

Meanwhile, Scannell has experience with corporate structure, compliance and investments involving raising capital, contract development, and business structure. As General Counsel of Tipp Investments in Escondido, California, Scannell oversees broad investment interests, including commercial real estate, agriculture, and aviation.

Scannell was admitted to the California bar in 2019 and the Massachusetts bar in 2015. Scannell received her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts, and graduated Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Arts from Westfield State University in Westfield, Massachusetts.

San Diego, California-based Dalrada specializes in high-growth businesses in three verticals – healthcare, clean energy, and information technology.
