DeepVerge PLC (AIM:DVRG) has amended an agreement signed with Microsaic Systems PLC (AIM:MSYS) to include the supply of mass spectrometry equipment for Deepverge’s environmental division, Modern Water Mobile Services (MWMS).
Microsaic said the additional order is worth about £109,000.
DeepVerge said it has placed an order for £262,000, which includes new products and related goods that were not included under an existing agreement signed in March.

The new equipment will be used to detect for “forever chemicals” in soil and water. Forever chemicals, of which there are around 9,000, are the most persistent synthetic chemicals and are widely used in packaging, cookware, cosmetics, electronics and textiles.
