Thor Mining says trading in its shares halted in Australia pending capital raising announcement

Thor has made progress on the Ragged Range gold project, the Alford East copper-gold project and the Molyhil tungsten-molybdenum-copper project since its last capital raising

Thor Mining PLC (AIM:THR, OTCQB:THORF, ASX:THR) said trading in its shares has been halted on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) from today, at the company’s request, pending the announcement of a capital raising.

Share trading on London’s AIM is unaffected, said the diversified resource company.

“The ASX trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Wednesday 15 December 2021 or the release of an announcement by the company,” it said.

Its shares in London were down 7.4% at 0.63 pence in early morning trading.

The last time Thor raised capital was in January when it raised £750,000 via the placing of just over 88mln shares.
