Lumina Gold Corp (TSX-V:LUM, OTCQX:LMGDF) CEO Marshall Koval joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has signed an Exploration Investment Protection Agreement between the Government of Ecuador and Lumina Gold.
Koval telling Proactive future negotiation of the Exploitation Agreement and Exploitation Investment Protection Agreement which is required for mining would occur after the completion of a Pre-Feasibility Study for the Project. The company is expecting that a Pre-Feasibility study by early 2023.
