Directa Plus PLC (AIM:DCTA, OTC:DTPKF) said it raised £7mln of new cash from a placing and subscription offer.
The supplier of graphene nanoplatelets said investors in the placing will soon be contacted by its joint brokers, Cenkos and Singer Capital Markets, to confirm their allocations at the issue price of 150p per share.
A further announcement will also be made to confirm details of the fundraise.
The company said yesterday the proceeds will enable the company to accelerate the commercialisation progress by providing funds for investment in “exciting opportunities”.
