PlantX Life Inc said it has achieved record-breaking revenue of C$153,000 for the sales generated from its 2021 Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions.
The company said this year's Black Friday and Cyber Monday e-commerce promotions and sales represented revenue growth of 63%, or C$60,000, from the same period last year.
“Our e-commerce sales success during Black Friday and Cyber Monday is extremely encouraging,” PlantX Life founder Sean Dollinger said in a statement.

“We are determined to make the most of this momentum, build on our expansion efforts and continue to execute our vision to become the number one plant-based marketplace globally,” Dollinger added.
PlantX noted that the cost of goods sold for the period was C$82,000.
Vancouver-based PlantX Life styles itself as the digital face of the plant-based community with a one-stop destination for all things plant-based, like an online shop and meal delivery services.
The online shop houses over 5,000 vegan products, and its recently added meal service delivers chef-created dishes straight to the doors of Western Canada. All in all, the company offers more than 10,000 plant-based products.
