Harbor Custom Development Inc said it has finalized the sale of 20 developed lots in the state of Washington to Noffke Homes in a $3.8 million deal.
The lots are located in the town of Blaine at Harbor’s Horizon at Semiahmoo subdivision, which it acquired in July 2021. Harbor’s purchase included 71 developed lots with panoramic views of Birch Bay and the Cascade Rang, and is located adjacent to the Semiahmoo Resort and award-winning golf course.
Noffke Homes is the first builder to close in Phase 1 of Horizon and anticipates pre-sales to begin in the first quarter of 2022, Harbor said.

“We welcome Noffke Homes to the Horizon at Semiahmoo project and look forward to working with them as one of our select builders in this beautiful Horizon subdivision,” Sterling Griffin, CEO at Harbor Custom Development said in a statement.

Jeff Habersetzer, Harbor’s COO noted that the project “provides (Harbor) the opportunity to help alleviate the significant shortage of residential housing in Whatcom County.”
