Skinny Drinks Group, the soft drinks company that creates plant based, zero calorie, and sugar free drinks, has announced further international growth, with an Icelandic supermarket chain now selling its products on its shelves.
Hagkaup is owned by Hagar, who have a 48% market share in the country, and will now stock Skinny Drinks brands such as Skinny Tonic, Emoji DRNK and Loca Soda.
The company, which rebranded earlier this year from Skinny Tonic, has also gained listings in bars and hotels across the country as it continues to expand its international business.
As well as that, it has agreed terms with one of the major distribution partners in Mauritius, with its lead product Skinny Tonic expected to be available in hotels, shops and bars in the coming weeks
Co-founder of Skinny Drinks Group Steve Wilkinson heaped credit on Pete Fawcett, the sales director at the company for his “efforts in securing these exciting listings.”
Wilkinson also hints the company is not done there, with “other distribution agreements agreed and waiting to be signed.”
