NFT Investments PLC (AQSE:NFT), an investment company specialising in non-fungible tokens (NFT), announced it submitted an initial application to list on the Neo Exchange, a Canadian stock exchange based in Toronto.
If successful, the shares will trade under the ticker NFTI.
The company said listing on the Neo Exchange will provide exposure to a wider pool of retail and institutional investors in North America.
It will maintain its listing on the Access segment of the Aquis Stock Exchange (AQSE) growth market, which it joined earlier this year with a £35mln initial public offering.
Jonathan Bixby, executive chairman, said, “Trading in both London and in Canada will enable the company to broaden its shareholder base and enhance its public profile internationally.”
“Canadian investors will have opportunity to trade through a local broker, and we are excited to provide them with this simplified route to share in the company's growth in the burgeoning NFT market."
