DGTL Holding Founder John Belfontaine joined Steve Darling from Proactive to chat about a number of key developments for the company including the fact they have had a renewal of a SaaS contract for their subsidiary Hashoff LLC with a Nasdaq Listed E-Sports company.
Belfontaine also told Proactive about an update on the company’s recent acquisition of Engagement Labs (TSX-V:EL) Inc and some changes to the closing dates. Belfontaine further shared with Proactive that Hashoff has signed a new managed service campaign contract with a leading international earphone consumer brand. This campaign will focus on Hashoff 2.0’s new capabilities to create and distribute social content on key video-based applications.
