CLS Holdings USA (CSE:CLSH, OTCQB:CLSH) Inc is bringing on cannabis veteran Dani Baranowski as its new brand manager for its product division, City Trees.
Baranowski co-founded the Chamber of Cannabis, a 501(c)(6) nonprofit and coalition of over 200 industry leaders in Nevada to help advance cannabis initiatives both socially and commercially in the state, and is currently vice president and chairwoman for the Community Impact Committee.
According to CLS, The Chamber successfully took a major role, along with Assemblyman Steve Yeager, in passing AB 341 - the Cannabis Consumption Lounge Bill.

Baranowski was also involved in advocating for the passage of AB 400, which reformed outdated and nonscientific cannabis DUI laws.
In a statement, Las Vegas-based CLS told investors that, following an “exhaustive” search to fill the newly appointed role, Baranowski's “passion and experience in cannabis made her the perfect fit to guide the brand forward.”
"Baranowski has made a huge impact on the cannabis community with her relentless advocacy and comes with a wealth of experience, " CLS COO Andrew Glashow said in a statement. "With our recent partnerships announcements, brand growth and product innovations, we couldn't picture a better person to help us realize our vision for the company."
Baranowski added that she is “beyond excited” to share her passion for cannabis and the industry.
"I have been a consumer of City Trees for years; I align with and am a fan of their genuine and authentic brand, and top-tier product,” the new brand manager said. “City Trees has much in-store for trade and consumers, and I look forward to reinforcing and taking part in the company's bright future."
CLS, or Cannabis Life Sciences, is a diversified cannabis company that acts as an integrated cannabis producer and retailer through its Oasis Cannabis subsidiaries in Nevada and plans to expand to other states.
