RM Secured Direct Lending PLC said that it has changed its name to RM Infrastructure Income PLC (LSE:RMII) with immediate effect.
Having announced on 12 May that it was changing its name to RM Social & Environmental Infrastructure PLC and its share ticker to RMII, the company said "it was made aware that the new name highlighted in that announcement had become unavailable".
The new ticker code will be RMII, however.
RM said: "The change of name ensures consistency between the name of the company and its revised investment strategy, which gives the company's investors further exposure to critical infrastructure assets at the forefront of providing essential services to society, less correlated to the broader economic cycle and with appealing risk adjusted returns in line with the company's performance targets."
