Royal Wins Corporation (CSE:SKLL, OTCQB:RYWCF) has hired professional lawyer Charles Vycichl as a board director and said he will also serve as non-executive chairman and as a member of board committees.
Vycichl, with over 40 years' experience, has expertise in EU competition, intellectual property, acquisitions, and joint venture laws.
"We are pleased to welcome Charles Vycichl to the Royal Wins Board. Charles' experience will compliment and further the board's strategic expertise," said CEO Peter Gan in a brief statement.
The new appointment means the Royal Wins' board membership has now increased to six.
