PlantX Life Inc has announced the expansion of the company's e-commerce platform to the United Kingdom.
PlantX said the new platform, which will launch under the domain www.PlantX.uk, will feature an extensive assortment of plant-based goods, an ample indoor plant selection and a variety of educational resources, including blogs and recipes, and will offer a similar PlantX experience as PlantX.ca and PlantX.com provides in Canada and the US, respectively.
“The expansion of PlantX is all about furthering the mission of bringing more plant-based options to as many people as possible,” PlantX Life founder Sean Dollinger said in a statement.

“Accessing the vast and flourishing UK market is an important part of our business plan and we see this as yet another step in the right direction,” Dollinger added.
The company noted that PlantX.uk will complement its UK-based e-commerce Bloomboxclub Limited business, which sells and delivers indoor plants across the United Kingdom and Germany.
PlantX added that it has partnered with Access Fulfillment, one of the leading fulfillment companies in the UK, to establish an effective supply chain infrastructure. Access Fulfillment has over 20,000 square feet of warehouse space with refrigeration capabilities, which it will use to ensure the centralized storage and distribution of the company's plant-based products across the UK.
Vancouver-based PlantX Life styles itself as the digital face of the plant-based community with a one-stop destination for all things plant-based, like an online shop and meal delivery services.
The online shop houses over 5,000 vegan products, and its recently added meal service delivers chef-created dishes straight to the doors of Western Canada. All in all, the company offers more than 10,000 plant-based products.
