Arizona Silver Exploration CEO Mike Stark joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has closed its previously announced non brokered private placement by issuing 4,500,000 units at a price of 0.21 per Unit, for gross proceeds of C$945,000.
Stark shares with Proactive more about the financing and he also said the proceeds will be used for further exploration drilling at the Philadelphia Property in Arizona, the advancement of other projects as well.
