A company backed by Red-Hot Chili Peppers front man Anthony Kiedis and the founders of AirBnB and Sprout is joining AIM later this month.
i(x)Net Zero PLC, an investment company that focuses on energy transition and sustainability is looking to raise £20mln ahead of the listing, with the funds earmarked for expansion and development capital to some of its current investees, as well as making new investments into different projects.
Steve Oyer, Net Zero’s chief executive, said, "i(x) Net Zero is seeking admission to AIM to access global growth capital to scale the business further.”
The company said that although it has access to a significant pool of capital, it will benefit from the democratisation, and believes that its investment returns should be available to a wider investor base.
