AFC Energy PLC (AIM:AFC, OTC:AFGYF), a provider of hydrogen power generation technologies, appointed former Arm Holdings PLC luminary Monika Biddulph as a non-executive director.
Biddulph, who holds a PhD in Experimental High Energy Physics from the ETH Zurich, brings over 20 years' experience in both technical and commercial areas within international technology businesses including general management, intellectual property (IP) licensing, marketing and technical roles. Until August 2018, she was a member of the senior leadership team of IP Product Groups at Arm Holdings.
Biddulph is currently a non-executive director of Ilika PLC (AIM:IKA, OTCQX:ILIKF) and D4t4 Solutions PLC (AIM:D4T4, OTC:DFORF).
"Following a thorough selection process, we are excited to have found a non-executive director who brings both technical and commercial acumen to support our business growth combining an understanding of the customers' needs with the challenges of delivering new technology,” said Gary Bullard, the non-executive chair at AFC Energy.
Biddulph said it was an exciting time to be joining AFC.
“I hope to be able to share my knowledge of technology and product development and commercialisation in an international setting,” she said.
