He highlights their strong income and capital growth beyond underlying operational targets ending with their dividends fully covered and increasing with inflation.
Moving forward he says the dividend is 'fully covered' capital growth is supported by a stable, resilient cash-generative assets, including shared ownership leases of over 100 years.
