Mode Global Holdings PLC (LSE:MODE) announced the appointment of David Anderson as an independent, non-executive director with immediate effect.
He previously was a director of JGOO Ltd, a subsidiary of Mode.
Anderson has over 30 years of experience within senior roles, mainly within hospitality and retail.
