Nabis Holdings Inc has announced that, at the extraordinary meeting of the holders of the $23,000,000 principal amount of 5.3% senior unsecured notes due January 25, 2023, 78.6% of votes cast were voted in favour of the previously announced repurchase of all of the notes by way of plan of arrangement pursuant to the British Columbia Business Corporations Act as well as delisting the notes from the Canadian Securities Exchange. Alpine 4 Holdings Inc announced that it has acquired ElecJet/Real Graphene, entering the lithium and graphene battery manufacturing and design. The Phoenix-based tech company and ElecJet are also exploring plans with the State of Indiana to convert its South Bend, Indiana facility into a US battery production facility and bring graphene battery production to the United States. “The combined efforts of Alpine 4 and ElecJet culminated in two achievements. The first was recognizing that the business opportunities for ElecJet would be greatly enhanced as an Alpine 4 subsidiary,” said Kent Wilson, CEO of Alpine 4.

Analysts at Maxim Group reiterated their ‘Buy’ recommendation on Paltalk (NASDAQ:PALT) Inc and $12 price target on its stock after the company reported strong third quarter financial results. The Jericho, New York-based communications software company that powers multimedia social applications curretly trades at around $3.61 on the tech-dominated Nasdaq. For the period ended September 30, 2021, Paltalk reported revenue of $3.4 million, which easily topped Maxim’s estimate of $3.3 million. Paltalk’s subscription revenue rose modestly year-over-year, while advertising revenue jumped 75% year-over-year off a small base.

Marble Financial Inc said it has closed the first tranche of its previously-announced, non-brokered private placement, raising gross proceeds of C$1,381,800 by issuing 10,629,232 company units at a price of $0.13 per unit. Marble also reported that it intends to upsize the offering to raise gross proceeds of up to C$2 million by issuing up to 15,384,615 company units at a price of $0.13 per unit.

CytoDyn Inc said that Scott Kelly, Chief Medical Officer and Head of Business Development, will present at the World Antiviral Congress being held tomorrow, November 30, 2021 through Thursday, December 2, 2021. Todos Medical Ltd said it has struck an agreement with NLC Pharma to acquire its 3CL protease biology-related assets and form a subsidiary to be known as 3CL Sciences. The subsidiary will focus on developing therapeutics, diagnostics and dietary supplements based on the 3CL protease biology work of Dorit Arad, who will be appointed chief scientific officer of the new company. Todos will own 60% of 3CL Sciences, with shareholders of NLC set to own the remaining 40% once the agreement is finalized.

CULT Food Science Corp announced that its subsidiary Biftek Inc has reported significant progress in the commercialization and viability of its novel growth medium supplement product lines. Biftek, CULT’s portfolio company, recently arranged for the transport of an inaugural sample that will function as a cornerstone component of a commercially-focused collaboration with a meat company based in Singapore. "This is a critical step forward for Biftek toward validating novel formulations and achieving commercialization on a global scale,” said Paul Burridge, advisor to CULT.

Ayurcann Holdings Corp has announced first-quarter 2021 revenue of C$1.9 million, a 137% year-over-year increase, as the company continues to expand its market share in Canada. Ayurcann touted its 1Q financial results as its third-consecutive quarter of positive operating income, as gross margins rose to $931,000 from $169,000 during the same period last year. “This quarter has proven again that Ayurcann is able to achieve profitability and expand its market share,” Ayurcann Holdings CEO Igal Sudman said in a statement.

Mountain Boy Minerals Ltd (TSX-V:MTB, OTCQB:MBYMF) has revealed positive new drill results from the BA project in the highly prosperous Golden Triangle region of British Columbia. Drilling intersected 7.67 metres of 4.26% zinc equivalent and 1.09 metres of 468 grams per ton (g/t) gold, according to a statement from the Vancouver-based company. Mountain Boy told shareholders that drilling is defining a near-surface mineralized system traced across 700 metres that remains open down-dip and along strike. Mountain Boy also said that it had entered into an agreement with the Mineral Deposit Research Unit at the University of British Columbia to sponsor a Masters candidate to study the prospective VMS (volcanic massive sulphide) horizon on the BA property and help further understanding of the “complex systems” in the Golden Triangle region.

Beyond Medical Technologies Inc has told investors that its wholly-owned Micron Technologies Inc subsidiary is currently operating two shifts a day to manufacture three-ply medical-grade face masks. In a corporate update following reports of the Omicron variant of coronavirus (COVID-19), Beyond Medical said the three-ply medical grade face masks, which feature an adjustable nose clip designed to protect both front-line workers and consumers, offer three layers of protection and conform to the American Society for Testing and Materials' F2100 Level 3 standards. It added that Micron Technologies has been operating at its facility in Delta, British Columbia, since August 2020, where it manufactures the face masks under its Medical Device Establishment License issued by Health Canada. Micron Technologies is also registered with the US Food and Drug Administration, the company said.

Forward Water Technologies (TSX-V:FWTC) Inc. CEO Howie Honeyman has told shareholders that the company is seeing “rapidly growing interest” in various wastewater sectors, as it reported unaudited fiscal second-quarter 2021 financial results. The Toronto, Ontario-based company is commercializing its proprietary forward osmosis technology that allows manufacturers to clean their wastewater and reclaim up to 90% of the waste as clean water. Envafolimab has been given the go-ahead for adults with microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H), or deficient MisMatch Repair (dMMR) advanced solid tumors. This includes patients with advanced colorectal cancer, where the disease has progressed following treatment with a fluoropyrimidine, oxaliplatin, and irinotecan, as well as those with other advanced solid tumors.

Adcore Inc (TSX:ADCO) announced that it has renewed its channel partner agreement with Microsoft. The Toronto-based company said that it has been part of the Microsoft Advertising Partner Program since July 2019. In January 2021, Adcore was elevated to ‘Select Tier’ status in recognition of its effective technological solutions and ability to drive unique advertisers to Microsoft. Vanstar Mining Resources Inc (TSX-V:VSR, OTCQX:VMNGF) said it has struck another earn-in deal with mining major IAMGOLD Corp (TSX:IMG) (IAMGOLD Corp (TSX:IMG)), this time for the Calder-Bousquet property in Quebec, which sits on the Cadillac break. The smaller company has inked a letter of intent (LOI) with the major to acquire a 75% interest in the project, which is also known as Bousquet-Odyno. Vanstar will become the operator. The company also updated on the latest work on its Nelligan project in Quebec, at which Vanstar owns 25% and IAMGOLD is the operator, earning a 75% stake.

Nova Royalty Corp posted revenue of C$181,900 from its interests in the third quarter to end-September 2021, mainly attributable to the Aranzazu copper-gold-silver mine in Mexico - the firm's first cash flowing royalty. The company increased its portfolio of royalties in the three-month period to 20 via the acquisition of a 1% net smelter royalty (NSR) on the Aranzazu mine. Nova also ended the quarter with C$2.2 million in cash, up from C$2.3 million as of September 30, 2020. "In the third quarter, Nova completed the acquisition of its first cash flowing royalty on the Aranzazu copper-gold-silver mine, owned by Aura Minerals Inc," said Alex Tsukernik, CEO of Nova in a statement. "The Aranzazu mine is performing above expectations, having achieved record production in the third quarter of 2021. Based on operating results achieved during Q3 2021, annualized royalty revenue to Nova would equate to approximately $1.7 million," he noted.

Harvest One Cannabis Inc has reported a 12% quarter-over-quarter revenue increase in its fiscal 1Q 2022 results off the back of its Dream Water and LivRelief sales. The cannabis company delivered total net revenue of $2.13 million, an increase over the $1.90 million it reported in the previous quarter and a similar jump over the $1.91 million it reported in the comparable year-ago quarter. For the period ended September 30, 2021, Harvest One also halved its net loss to $1.45 million from the $3.11 million it posted in the same period in 2020. On an adjusted EBITDA, or earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization basis, the firm’s loss came in at $778,000 compared to $1.6 million.

The Toronto-based exploration company said the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) arbitration tribunal was constituted on 18 November 2021 signalling that the process initiated by Montero to protect its investment and exploration rights in Tanzania will now proceed. Montero’s Wigu Hill Rare Earth Element Retention License was expropriated by the Tanzanian government in 2018 when the Mining Regulations 2018, published on 10 January 2018, cancelled all previously issued Retention Licenses. TomaGold Corporation has revealed the final Phase I drill results from its Obalski property in Quebec, which uncovered both large and high-grade intersections. Results from the final three holes included 3.20 metres (m) grading 23.78 grams per ton (g/t) gold, 16.55 g/t silver and 1% copper, including 0.45m at 167.50 g/t gold, 112 g/t silver and 6.08% copper. Other intersections reported revealed 1.40m at 0.76 g/t gold, 2.10 g/t silver and 0.14% copper, and 8.9m at 0.62 g/t gold and 0.12 g/t silver.

Plurilock Security Inc saw a big jump in third-quarter revenue as its acquisition of Aurora Systems Consulting Inc continues to pay off. The cybersecurity company reported revenue of C$15.2 million during the three-month period to end September 2021, compared to C$168,854 in the same year-ago quarter. Hardware sales – a new revenue stream added after the acquisition of Aurora during 2Q 2021 – contributed nearly C$13.9 million in revenue or 91% of total sales during the quarter.

GR Silver Mining (TSX-V:GRSL) Ltd has welcomed first drill results from its Loma Dorada target at the flagship Plomosas project in Mexico, which continues to show the gold-silver mineralization there can be extended. At the target, the explorer has identified a gold-silver rich mineralized zone along with narrow epithermal style veining. Loma Dorada is one of the firm's high priority targets for reconnaissance drilling and features a prominent 1.5 kilometer (km) by 0.5 km iron-rich anomaly, while the veins here are potentially related to the northern extension of the San Juan - La Colorada vein system, 1.2 km to the south-east. Drilling into the veins yielded an intercept of 1 meter (m) at 5.23 grams per ton (g/t) gold and 166 g/t silver in one hole from just 3m depth, while at the wide mineralized zone, one hole returned 5.9 m at 0.5 g/t gold, 0.8% lead and 1.0% zinc from 255.4m depth.

Bloom Health Partners Inc (CSE:BLMH) announced that it has been awarded a contract for testing in Alabama for K-12 (kindergarten to Grade 12) schools for the 2021-22 school year. The Vancouver, British Columbia-based company said the contract is in partnership with the Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH), the Alabama State Department of Education (ALSDE) and The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) to offer free and voluntary coronavirus (COVID-19) testing for K-12 students, faculty and staff who are asymptomatic, meaning individuals who do not have obvious symptoms. Numinus Wellness Inc has announced novel, proprietary methods - developed and validated in-house - for screening psychedelic mushroom compounds. The testing will be available as part of its offerings for third-party clients and used for evidence-based conversations with the regulators, the company said in a statement. "The testing we've developed and validated at Numinus Bioscience will facilitate the safety and efficacy testing of psychedelics for our products, our clients and strategic partners, and ultimately the industry," said the company's science officer and general manager, Sharan Sidhu in a statement.

Tartisan Nickel Corp has announced core assay results from the diamond drilling program at its wholly-owned Kenbridge nickel project in northwestern Ontario, which included 3.2% nickel and 0.2% copper over 1.1 meters (m) from 993.6m and 1,002m depth. The company said its Phase 1 campaign has now been completed for a total of 10,737m of diamond drilling. “What is of interest from hole KB21-204 is the high-grade nickel section. This is the deepest intersection with assay results on the Kenbridge Deposit to date,” Tartisan Nickel CEO Mark Appleby said in a statement.

Playgon Games (TSX-V:DEAL, OTCQB:PLGNF) Inc., a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company delivering mobile live dealer technology to online gaming operators, revealed that it has added three new operators to its platform as it continues to grow player wagering activity. The Vancouver, British Columbia-based company said it now has a total of 26 operators using its technology, and an additional eight operators in the queue at various stages of integration of testing. Playgon also reported that total player wagering for the month of November had shot up nearly 12%, compared to October 2021. In addition, monthly active player numbers are up 28% and betspots have increased over 22%, compared to the previous month, added the company.

Global Energy Metals Corporation said that its Phase I drill program at the Lovelock battery metals project is “well underway” and has already intersected possible mineralization. The Vancouver-based company is completing a 1,000-metre (m) program at the cobalt-nickel-copper project in Nevada. GEMC is aiming to confirm intersections of cobalt-nickel-copper bearing vein that correlates with historical underground mining and mapped superficial mineral occurrences.

Orgenesis (NASDAQ:ORGS) Inc announced that its joint venture (JV) with Theracell Advanced Biotechnology SA in Greece has been designated a “Priority Investment of Strategic National Importance.” The global biotech company noted that the designation was awarded by Enterprise Greece, the official Greek national investment and trade promotion agency, which is responsible for the allocation of the government funds. As a result of the designation, it said the JV will be inducted into Greece’s fast-track licensing and approval process. This is expected to help advance the development and clinical use of Theracell’s cell and gene therapies within the point-of-care setting, subject to regulatory requirements.

Greenrose Acquisition Corp said that it has closed the business combination with Connecticut-based Theraplant, LLC. The company has been renamed The Greenrose Holding Company Inc, and will continue to be listed on the OTC under the symbols ‘GNRS’ and ‘GNRSW’. The Amityville, New York-based company said that it is also planning to co-list on the NEO exchange after the close of the business combination.

Irwin Naturals Inc said that it has been listed to the OTCQB Venture Market, moving up from its listing on the OTC Pink Sheet Open Market. The company will trade under the symbol ‘IWINF’. The Vancouver, British Columbia-based company has been known for its supplement formulator since 1994 and is now leveraging its brand to enter the cannabis and psychedelic industries. The OTCQB offers transparent trading in entrepreneurial and development stage companies that have met a minimum bid price test, are current in their financial reporting, and have undergone an annual verification and management certification process.

Metal Energy Corp said it will commence trading today, November 29, 2021, on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol MERG. The company, which changed its name from D Block Discoveries, focuses on developing and discovering high-grade nickel deposits and other metals that contribute to the growing electrification demand of the world economy. The company said it has appointed James Sykes, a renowned explorationist, who holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology and Earth Science from Dalhousie University, as its CEO. Sykes has been involved in uranium exploration for over 15 years, specifically focusing on Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin. Most notably, it said Sykes was integral in discovering NexGen Energy's Arrow deposit. It noted that it is well-financed with over $7 million in cash. Both of its nickel assets, Manibridge and Strange, are located in Canada within well-established geologic environments, have year-round highway access, and are permitted to drill.

Whitehorse Gold Corp said it has appointed Gordon Neal as CEO and a director of the company. Neal has extensive experience in the metals and mining sector, capital markets, and government communications. He was most recently the president of New Pacific Metals (TSX:NUAG, NYSE:NEWP) Corp and was the former vice-president corporate development at Silvercorp Metals Inc (TSX:SVM, AMEX:SVM). Prior to that, he held the vice-president corporate development position at Mag Silver Corp. His career also saw him working in the office of the Prime Minister of Canada as a senior communications adviser.

In a separate statement, Whitehorse Gold announced that Kevin Weston has resigned as CEO and a director of the company, however, he will continue with Whitehorse Gold as a consultant. "I would like to thank Kevin for his contribution to the Company," said Dr Mark Cruise, chairman of Whitehorse Gold. "Kevin has been a key member of the Company since inception and was a part of the team that successfully completed the 2021 exploration and drill campaign at the Skukum Gold Project in southern Yukon.
