Greencoat UK Wind PLC (LSE:UKW)'s (Greencoat UK Wind PLC (LSE:UKW)) Stephen Lilley of Greencoat Capital talks to Proactive London about the rationale behind raising the size of its latest funding round to £450mln.
Originally the group aimed to raise £396mln but said it decided to issue a further £54mln in shares due to the high demand.
The proceeds will be used to fund the £250mln investment in the Burbo Bank Extension offshore wind farm and partially repay the company's loan facility agreement.
