Trident Royalties PLC (AIM:TRR) said the Ontario Superior Court of Justice granted a motion to stay a lawsuit brought by Lithium Royalty Corporation (LRC), “effectively dismissing the litigation as against Trident”.
The case was brought to challenge Trident’s Thacker Pass royalty agreement.
The company said in a press release the decision may be appealed by LRC, which has 30 days from November 23 to do so.
