Altaley Mining Corporation (TSX-V:ATLY) posted total income of C$4.3 million during its third quarter 2021 as its Campo Morado mine produced strong operational results while reducing costs. The company reported gross revenues of just over $23 million for the quarter after producing 10,743 tonnes of zinc concentrate with an average of 45% zinc, 2.29 grams per tonne (g/t) gold and 724 g/t silver. It sold approximately 10,169 tonnes of zinc concentrate for revenue of $12.32 million, it said in a release. "Our Campo Morado team have produced another excellent quarter of operational results," CEO Ralph Shearing said. "3Q AISC (all-in sustaining costs) and C1 (net direct) cash costs have reduced by $0.07 and $0.03 respectively per pound of zinc produced as compared to 2Q 2021, resulting in gross revenue of just over $23 million and mine operating profit of $9.55 million for the quarter."

Algernon Pharmaceuticals Inc. (CSE:AGN, OTCQB:AGNPF), a clinical stage pharmaceutical development company, announces that effective November 24, 2021, it will consolidate its Class A common shares on a 100-1 basis The name of the company and trading symbol will remain the same after the consolidation. The company’s post-consolidation shares are expected to begin trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange on or about November 24, 2021. The total issued and outstanding number of post-consolidation shares will be approximately 1,678,809.

FansUnite Entertainment ‎Inc revealed that it has inked a definitive agreement to acquire the businesses and brands of American Affiliate LLC in a roughly US$58.2 million cash-and-stock deal to turbo-charge its entry into the US gaming market. American Affiliate has assets aimed at generating new depositing customers for legal sportsbooks, online casinos, online poker sites, and adjacent products in the US market. In line with the definitive agreement, the Vancouver, British Columbia-based sports and entertainment company will acquire all the issued and outstanding shares of American Affiliate for around US$58.2 million subject to a working capital adjustment. The purchase price consists of US$13.5 million in cash paid on closing, US$41.7 million in shares of FansUnite, and deferred cash payments of US$3 million payable in 24 months.

Fireweed Zinc Ltd (TSX-V:FWZ) has announced results from its 2021 drilling program at the Macmillan Pass Project, Yukon, Canada. The Vancouver, British Columbia-based exploration company said that the results from these step-out holes continue to show that Boundary West is growing and expanding the known extent of the high-grade laminated zones. Among the highlights of the drilling, step-out hole NB21-008 intersected a wide zone of mineralization at Boundary West grading 5.41% zinc, 0.19% lead, and 10.5 gram per tonne (g/t) silver over 73.35 metres (m) including 10.39% zinc, 0.16% lead and 15.7 g/t silver over 16.09 meter, extending mineralization to depth.

Naturally Splendid Enterprises Ltd has announced its intention to complete a non-brokered private placement financing by issuing 100 million company units, at a price of $0.03 per unit, for gross proceeds of up to C$3 million. The company said proceeds from the offering will be directed primarily towards purchasing and installing a new manufacturing line, to produce plant-based food entrees as well as for day-to-day operations.

For its third quarter ended September 30, 2021, the company said it generated a gross profit of $1.58 million (81% of revenue). “The increase from the previous quarter is reflective of the consolidation of a full quarter of RNG operations representing a higher proportion of gross profit, in addition to improved efficiencies across the group,” the company said.

Revive Therapeutics Ltd (CSE:RVV, OTCQB:RVVTF) revealed that it has filed an application with the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to receive Orphan Drug Designation (ODD) for Bucillamine for the prevention of ischemia–reperfusion injury (IRI) during liver transplantation. The Toronto-based life sciences company said that currently, there are no approved treatments available for IRI, a major complication of liver transplantation. “It is one of the leading causes for post-surgery hepatic dysfunction leading to an increased risk of postoperative morbidity and mortality,” it added. According to the United Network for Organ Sharing, there were 8,906 liver transplants in 2020 and at the time of the ODD submission, there were 11,664 on the waiting list for a liver transplant. Although many therapeutic strategies have been shown to be effective in controlled experimental models, most have yet to reach human clinical trials. Revive believes the use of Bucillamine during liver transplants has the potential to be a “safe and effective approach” to limit or prevent IRI.

New Pacific Metals (TSX:NUAG, NYSE:NEWP) Corp continues to report encouraging results from its Phase 1 drill program at the Carangas discovery in Bolivia, which is increasing the footprint of silver-rich polymetallic mineralization. The latest assays come from five holes at the Central Valley Zone, which sits between the West and East Domes, all of which hit mineralization starting near-surface and continued to depth. Highlights included 125 grams per ton (g/t) of silver equivalent in an intercept of 40.13 metres (m) starting from a depth of 45.54m. Another hole showed 64 g/t silver equivalent over 236.81m starting from just 13.57m depth. "Ongoing drilling continues to increase the size of the silver-rich polymetallic mineralization at the emerging Carangas discovery," said CEO Dr Mark Cruise in a statement.

Love Pharma (CSE:LUV) Inc announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire MicroDoz Therapy Inc, which has an exclusive partnership and license with a world-leading university to conduct a study into the efficacy of psilocybin-assisted treatment of cannabis use disorder. The Vancouver, British Columbia-based psychedelic wellness company said that the new partnership and development program will add to its comprehensive portfolio of intellectual property and further validate its effort to be a frontrunner in the psychedelics and therapeutics space. Australis Capital Inc, which is doing business as Audacious, has reported second-quarter 2022 revenue of $2.3 million, a 2,068% year-over-year increase and a 31% improvement sequentially, driven by revenue from its ALPS subsidiary and Green Therapeutics (GT)-related management fee income. The company also said gross profit for the fiscal second quarter was $1.23 million compared to a gross profit loss of $116,120 in the comparable period of 2021. It was also 16% higher than 1Q gross profit of $1,064,539. It attributed the increase to its high-margin ALPS business and the management fees from Green Therapeutics, which was offset by slightly lower utilization rates on projects.

Vox Royalty (TSX-V:VOX) Corp has told investors they can look forward to a catalyst-rich period ahead as the royalty firm grows its five producing assets to ten by 2023. Reporting results for its third quarter to end-September 2021, Vox revealed that the period had seen it break royalty-linked production records, grow its portfolio organically to now five producing royalties, and see record trading liquidity. Revenue in the three months grew to US$1.22 million from US$10,252 in the third quarter of 2020, while the net loss narrowed to US$1.25 million compared to a loss of US$2.2 million a year earlier. "Based on strong Q3 royalty revenues, Vox remains on track to meet the upper-end of 2021 annual revenue guidance of C$4M - C$5M, which was doubled in July 2021," Kyle Floyd, the company's CEO, noted in a statement.

Empower Clinics Inc has reported a strong rise in third-quarter 2021 revenue as it grew its Kai Labs business, launched new clinics and acquired diabetes specialist MediSure. The Vancouver, British Columbia-based healthcare company posted $405,707 in 3Q revenue from continuing operations, a 372% increase from the $85,960 it made in the comparable year-ago quarter. Empower's loss from operations widened to $903,406 from $743,589 as it ramped up operations and pursued acquisitions but it reported net income from operations of $2.33 million compared to a net loss of $313,622 in 3Q 2020. This was primarily due to a non-cash gain on the fair value adjustment related to outstanding warrants resulting from movement in its share price, it added.

SoLVBL Solutions Inc has unveiled a deal with AI fintech group QuantGate Systems Inc to develop a cyber security program - its first such agreement in the financial services sector. The memorandum of understanding (MoU) with QuantGate Systems Inc is to develop a program to detect cyber attacks and provide 24/7 data security to QuantGate's "Intelligence" platform, which identifies investment opportunities across multiple asset classes. "With the increase in data collection, the demand to protect and verify data is unprecedented," said CEO of QuantGate Govin Misir in a statement. "QuantGate is excited to collaborate with SoLVBL Solutions, based on their broad knowledge of know-how in data verification and cybersecurity."

Codebase Ventures Inc said blockchain ecosystem Arcology is advancing the development of its technology to benefit Ethereum developers. Codebase owns 30% of Arcology, with an option to increase to 51%. The company said that Laurent Zhang, founder and president of Arcology, has provided an update on Arcology’s progress. Arcology designed and completed a large-scale test to verify the capabilities of the updated design, which was announced previously. The testing included multiple Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centers, four clusters, 92 servers, and 944 processor cores. Zhang said the test achieved internal goals, establishing technical advantages against all Ethereum scaling solutions, achieving promising results both in terms of compatibility and transaction processing speed.

American Resources Corporation (NASDAQ:AREC) told investors it has reached another milestone for its American Rare Earth division after receiving the final permit approval for its initial rare earth and critical element isolation and purification facility currently being constructed in Noblesville, Indiana. The Indiana-based company said the facility will be its first as it continues to execute on its innovative objectives to help establish a competitive, domestic supply chain using the most economically viable and environmentally safe methods ever developed to isolate and purify critical and rare earth elements (REE). American Rare Earth will be able to commercially process these high-value raw materials to a 99%+ purity level to be used again in the manufacturing of new products for the electrification marketplace, the company added.

Phunware Inc (NASDAQ:PHUN) has launched its Multiscreen-as-a-Service (MaaS) platform in AWS Marketplace — a digital catalog with thousands of software listings from independent software vendors that make it easy to find, test, buy, and deploy software that runs on Amazon Web Services Inc (AWS). The Austin, Texas-based company said that its portfolio of Smart Solutions on mobile provides access to all of the features and capabilities of the MaaS platform that any business can license to drive digital transformation through contactless digital access, room-booking, occupancy management, directories, check-in instructions, screenings, feedback tools, news, notifications, analytics, and seamless access and integration to third-party vendors and systems. “We are thrilled to work with AWS and leverage over a decade of industry experience in order to help enterprises drive digital transformation in a mobile-first world,” said Randall Crowder, Chief Operating Officer at Phunware.

Plurilock Security Inc said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aurora Systems Consulting Inc has continued to secure new business deals with major US government organizations as the growing cyber threat, particularly ransomware attacks, continues to have a massive impact on organizations. In a corporate update, the identity-centric cybersecurity solutions provider said the new business deals resulted in a total of US$13.05 million in sales from all announced contracts and purchase orders since April 2021, the date it acquired Aurora, which falls under its Solutions Division. "We have continued to scale our company across several core business areas, and have achieved significant milestones in regards to our M&A program, raising capital, strategic partnerships, and other growth initiatives," Plurilock CEO Ian L. Paterson said in a statement.

Alpine 4 Holdings Inc. said that it has entered into definitive agreements with institutional investors for the purchase sale of 8,571,430 shares of the company's common stock, and warrants to purchase 4,285,715 shares at a combined purchase price of $2.80 per one share and accompanying one-half warrant. The warrants will have an exercise price of $3.10 per share and will expire five years following the issuance date. The Phoenix-based company will be raising $24 million through the direct offering.

Royal Wins Corporation (CSE:SKLL) said its shares started trading today on the OTCQB Venture Market under the symbol 'RYWCF'. The OTCQB is a US trading platform operated by the OTC Markets Group in New York. Royal Wins also is listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the ticker symbol 'SKLL'. Amarillo Gold Corporation (TSX-V:AGC, OTCQB:AGCBF) posted third-quarter results that showed it was exercising great financial discipline, while remaining on track in advancing its gold projects in mining-friendly states in Brazil. For the period ended September 30, 2021, the company had cash on hand of C$32.3 million. Amarillo said C$2 million was spent during the quarter on engineering and consulting for the Posse Gold project as it prepared to make a construction decision once the financing is secured. “Other major expenses in the quarter included $2.3 million for land acquisition, increased salaries due to additional staff hires, and increased professional fees due to financial advisory services,” said the company. The company said the goal is to find the “best financing option” to build the Posse Gold Mine, while taking advantage of the flexibility of Amarillo’s strong C$32.3 million cash position.

Goldseek Resources Inc has reported more encouraging results from its maiden drill program at the Beschefer gold project in Quebec. The assays hail from seven holes, which were sunk at the Central Shallow Zone and West Zone, covering around 700 metres of strike over a general northeast trend. One hole at the Central Shallow zone hit 2.17 grams per ton (g/t) gold over 13.2 metres (m), including 3.9 g/t of the yellow metal over 5.6m. Notably, Goldseek also told investors that gold was hit in six of seven holes, including 2.01 g/t of the precious metal over 13m in one hole, which supported the extension of the East Zone of the gold-bearing structure to the northeast.” We are very excited to announce continued strong intercepts from our maiden 5,000-metre program at Beschefer," said Goldseek CEO Jon Delude in a statement.

The surveys identified a number of key potential Orogenic gold hosting sites and greatly increased the geological understanding of the licence, allowing AEX Gold to refine its priority targets for follow-up exploration work next year. AEX said it believes that the licence holds the potential to host a multi-million-ounce Orogenic gold deposit.

Ascendant Resources Inc. (TSX:ASND) said it has commenced a drill program that will be used to support an upcoming feasibility study at its Lagoa Salgada VMS project in Portugal. The program is planned to consist of 15,000 meters (m) of diamond drilling divided between the north and south zones of the Venda Nova orebody. The program will include six dedicated metallurgical drill holes -- four in the north zone and two in the south zone. Most of the planned drill holes will be a combination of infill and exploration drilling on both the north and south zones, aiming to upgrade all inferred resources to measured and indicated categories to support the completion of a NI 43-101 feasibility study in 2022. Separately, Ascendant also announced that David Ball has joined the company as vice president, business development.

The company noted that Richardson is an accomplished automotive executive with nearly 50 years of global experience, guiding business strategy and building customer solutions. Most recently Richardson served as Interim CEO of Dura Automotive where he was tasked with delivering multiple strategic, urgent initiatives during the global pandemic. Global Energy Metals Corporation has announced that further to its news release dated November 15, 2021, that it has been denied approval from the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) for an incentive program submission to encourage the early exercise of up to 4,794,000 outstanding share purchase warrants. The TSXV does not have a published policy with respect to warrant incentive programs and submissions are reviewed on a case by case basis with decisions made following internal guidelines. Under these internal guidelines, the TSXV denied GEMC’s Incentive Program submission as, although warrants can be “in- the-money”, the current exercise price of the warrants of $0.15 was significantly less than the company's Discounted Market Price at the time of submission. Furthermore, the TSXV noted that the company does not qualify for the Exchange's Warrant Incentive Program based on the fact that the warrant holders would be getting a further incentive from exercising their warrants given that the warrant exercise price is significantly “in-the-money” compared to the current trading price of the company’s shares. The company regrets any confusion it may have created with the proposed Incentive Program and holds firm that any additional capital generated by the exercising of warrants would still be beneficial in allowing for the continued advancement of the company’s ongoing exploration initiatives including expanding the existing work programs at the battery mineral-rich Lovelock Cobalt Nickel Copper Mine and Treasure Box projects in Nevada and the Monument Peak Copper-Silver-Gold project in Idaho.
