Eurasia Mining PLC (AIM:EUA) said it is considering listing on the Moscow Stock Exchange, while keeping its listing on London’s Alternative Investment Market.
“The board has actively explored the potential benefits of a dual listing, including provision of an opportunity for Russian investors to have easier access to a facility for the trading of shares in the company, but no decision has been made yet,” the Russia-focused platinum group metals producer said in response to recent media speculation.
Eurasia is a palladium, platinum, rhodium, iridium and gold producer operating the West Kytlim mine in the Urals and the Monchetundra project, comprising two predominantly palladium and nickel open pit deposits, in the Kola Peninsula.
"While the directors see the benefits of a dual listing, our priority is to execute on our strategy as announced," said executive chairman Christian Schaffalitzky.
