Yooma Wellness Inc (CSE:YOOM, OTC:LVVEF, AQSE:YOOM) said the British supermarket giant ASDA has started stocking products supplied by recently acquired UK business Vitality CBD.
The Leeds-based retailer will take 17 different Vitality lines in its vitamin aisles and in-store pharmacies.
Yooma chief executive Jordan Greenberg said: "The agreement with ASDA is a positive development for Vitality CBD and an example of the quick return on investment that our buy-and-build strategy has created.”
The roll-out will occur across 300 ASDA stores. Vitality counts among its current UK customer base Boots, Lloyds Pharmacy and Tesco, which are staples of the high street and business parks.
Yooma, which styles itself as a vertically integrated wellness platform focusing on CBD products, acquired the business in August in a deal worth up to £10.2mln.
