Dalrada Corporation posted fiscal first-quarter results that saw its revenue soar 506% year-over-year on the back of strong contributions from its rapidly growing health and technology divisions. For the period ended September 30, 2021, the San Diego , California-based group reported revenue of $4,602,353, compared to $759,393 in fiscal 1Q 2020. The group saw a gross profit of $3,398,018 in the quarter, up 546% from $525,965 in the same quarter a year earlier. In addition, the company reported that stockholder deficit reduced by 48%, compared to the same period in 2020.
Arizona Silver Exploration Inc said it has arranged a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 4.5 million company units, at a price of C$0.21 per unit, for gross proceeds of up to C$945,000. The company plans to use the private placement proceeds for further exploration of the Philadelphia property in Arizona, the advancement of other company projects, as well as for general working capital purposes. Kainantu Resources Ltd (TSX-V:KRL) said it aims to kick off an airborne geophysical program at its KRL South project in Papua New Guinea (PNG), likely to be in December, ahead of a potential drill program next year. The Kainantu gold district - focused explorer provided an update on exploration at the KRL South project carried out in the second and third quarters this year, where it has been focusing on the East Avaninofi and Yaoro Ridge prospects. Nova Royalty Corp has announced the addition of Johanna Fipke as an independent director, effective immediately. Nova said Fipke is a partner at Fasken Martineau Dumoulin LLP, one of Canada's leading law firms, and has over 18 years of experience in the mining sector.
