Pioneer Media Holdings Inc raised C$1.1mln by placing shares at a dollar a piece.
The company, which invests in a diversified portfolio of early-stage to mid-level companies in Web3 including non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and NFT gaming as well as esports, and mobile gaming companies, intends to use the funds to acquire additional investments.
