C4X Discovery Holdings PLC (AIM:C4XD) said current chief scientific officer (CSO), Craig Fox, is to step down.
Fox is expected to leave by 31 March 2022. C4X has begun the search for his replacement.
Clive Dix, chief executive officer of C4X said, "Craig has been an important part of the C4XD team and his scientific know-how and expertise has contributed to a plethora of exciting scientific discoveries that have led to the signing of major out licensing agreements.”
Craig Fox said, "I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at C4XD, and it has been a privilege to work with its fantastic people and to see the company transform through its AIM-listing and subsequent multiple partnering deals.”
The drug discovery company said it expects to make a further announcement in due course.
