Amvest Capital Inc co-founders & managing partners Gabe Alonso-Mendoza & Stuart Macliver joined Proactive to talk more about the signing of a joint venture agreement with Nebari Partners, LLC to initially invest up to $125 million in the mining sector.
Amvest, an investment management specialist and corporate finance company focused on the natural resources sector, said the joint venture will enable Nebari to leverage Amvest’s brand name, relationships and analytics in the natural resources sector to hopefully gain an even larger pipeline of mining opportunities.
