archTIS Ltd's Daniel Lai says they've received firm commitments from domestic and international institutions as well as sophisticated investors to raise A$6.5 million through a strongly supported placement. The company is also offering eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand the opportunity to participate in a share purchase plan (SPP) to raise a further A$1.5 million on the same terms as the placement.
