Nuformix PLC (LSE:NFX) CEO Anne Brindley and chairman Dr Alastair Riddell joined Proactive's Stephen Gunnion with news that the company has filed a second patent application for a new family of co-crystalline forms of a drug already on the market that had sales of more than £1 billion in 2020.
The company also announced that Riddell will assume the role of executive chairman from 1 December 2021.
