Primary Health Properties PLC (LSE:PHP) has made its second acquisition in four days, buying the Bersted Green Surgery, West Sussex, for £5.34mln.
The building, a modern purpose-built primary care facility, is fully-let to a GP practice and a pharmacy. The lease has an unexpired term of over 14 years.
PHP specialises in healthcare properties such as doctors’ surgeries and clinics. The specialist real estate investor's portfolio now totals 519 assets with a rent roll of £139mln.
