Global Energy Ventures Ltd (ASX:GEV)'s Martin Carolan says they're raising up to $12 million to advance development work across its Tiwi green hydrogen project. GEV's secured firm commitments to raise $10 million from institutional investors under a placement of 80 million shares. It's also looking to secure an additional $2 million under a non-underwritten share purchase plan to eligible investors.
