Phunware Inc said it generated $400,000 in net income during its third quarter of 2021 on increasing demand for its Multiscreen-as-a-Service (MaaS) Platform subscriptions and services. For the quarter ended September 30, 2021, the company also said that net income per share was $0.01, as net revenues totaled $2.2 million with the MaaS business bringing in $1.8 million in sales.“We are extremely excited to post 50% sequential organic growth in net revenues quarter-over-quarter, demonstrating that we are now reaping the benefits of our direct and indirect go-to-market strategies for our MaaS enterprise cloud platform for mobile,” said Phunware CEO Alan Knitowski in a statement.

Vyant Bio (NASDAQ:VYNT) Inc announced its third-quarter 2021 strategic and business updates, reporting total revenue of $1.5 million for the three months ending September 30, 2021, compared to $1.9 million in 3Q 2021. During the quarter, the New Jersey-based company announced that it appointed Robert Fremeau as the new chief scientific officer, who will be lead Vyant Bio (NASDAQ:VYNT)’s research and development programs. “We are pleased with the progress our R&D team is making to further our CNS rare disease and oncology-related HER2+ drug discovery programs,” said Jay Roberts, CEO of Vyant Bio in a statement.

Amvest Capital Inc has announced the signing of a joint venture agreement with Nebari Partners, LLC to initially invest up to $125 million in the mining sector. Amvest, an investment management specialist and corporate finance company focused on the natural resources sector, said the joint venture will enable Nebari to leverage Amvest’s brand name, relationships and analytics in the natural resources sector to hopefully gain an even larger pipeline of mining opportunities.

Champion Gaming subsidiary EdjSports, the premier intelligence firm for the sports industry, has released its first 2021 EdjSports Coach Rankings list for NFL Head Coaches with Chargers Head Coach Brandon Staley topping the list, followed by the Cowboys’ Mike McCarthy and the Cardinals’ Kliff Kingsbury. The bottom three on the list are Jets Head Coach Robert Saleh (32nd), followed by the Giants’ Joe Judge (31st) and the Texans’ David Culley (30th). Again, this year, the “EdjSports Coach of the Year” will be crowned following the conclusion of the regular season. EdjSports is widely acclaimed for its in-game risk management analysis and proprietary Game-Winning Chance (GWC) metric used by NFL teams and media. VolitionRx (NYSE-A:VNRX) Limited posted third-quarter results that demonstrated that it is in a strong financial position with $22.9 million and in advanced negotiations with three top veterinary companies for Nu.Q Vet licensing as it shifts gears to become a commercial company with products. For the period ended September 30, 2021, the Austin, Texas-based epigenetics company had cash and equivalents of $22.9 million, compared to $19.4 million as of December 31, 2020. Significantly, VolitionRx (NYSE-A:VNRX)’s cash burn rate during the 3Q averaged approximately $1.7 million per month, lower than the rate during the previous two quarters and also below the company's own expectations.

American Battery Technology Company (OTCQB:ABML) (ABTC) has said it continues to make progress on its pre-commercial battery recycling plant in Fernley, Nevada, receiving approval of its Core and Shell Building Permit and achieving a major construction milestone. The company said this paves the way for the next step of the project including construction of the production building, laboratories, and office space. “We are excited to continue to accelerate progress towards the construction and commissioning of our first pre-commercial scale battery recycling facility,” said American Battery Technology CEO Ryan Melsert in a statement.

CareRx Corporation (TSX:CRRX) posted third-quarter revenue of C$71.3 million, which beat estimates and led to a series of increased price targets across Bay Street Canaccord Genuity (TSX:CF, LSE:CF) Corp upped its target for CareRx Corporation (TSX:CRRX) stock to $8.50 from $8.25 after what it termed “very healthy” 3Q financial results. CareRx, which provides of pharmacy services to seniors living communities and other institutional settings, delivered revenue of C$71.3 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2021, handily beating Canaccord’s C$60.5 million estimate. Canaccord maintained its 'Buy' rating on CareRx stock. Beacon Securities went a step further, raising its target to $10 and maintaining its 'Buy' recommendation.

Couloir Capital Ltd has initiated coverage on Vancouver, British Columbia-based exploration company MAS Gold Corp with a 'Buy' rating and fair value estimate of $0.22 per share. The research firm's analysts noted that MAS Gold is looking to leverage exploration work to further develop its captive ounces to a million ounces of gold in short term at its two flagship properties - Preview North and Greywacke. The company is currently undergoing drilling at its Preview North Project, with metallurgical work being conducted at its Greywacke Project. The Couloir analysts expect this to feed into the development of a currently in-the-works PEA, which management has forecasted could be complete within 2022.

Emmaus Life Sciences Inc (OTCQX:EMMA) said it has partnered with UpScript IP Holdings LLC, to offer telehealth solutions to sickle cell disease patients, expanding access to Endari, Emmaus’ prescription L-glutamine oral powder for the treatment of the disease. The Torrance, California-based company said the telehealth partnership with UpScript will allow patients to see a doctor without leaving home, eliminating the risk of infection that can occur with hospital visits. Additional benefits to patients include the ability to receive same-day physician authorization and prescription for Endari and to have the prescription delivered directly to their homes within just a few days, the company added.

Hawkmoon Resources (CSE:HM) Corp announced it had hit a wide, prospective gold zone in all 10 holes drilled as part of a recent drill campaign on its Lava gold property in Quebec. According to Hawkmoon, the 1,005-metre program intersected the Lavallée shear zone (LSZ) in every hole. Downhole widths ranged from 10 to 30 metres, Hawkmoon said in a release, with true widths yet to be determined. Assay results are pending on the drill core.

Adcore Inc (TSX:ADCO) reported a triple-digit increase in its third-quarter revenue as it continued to benefit from strong growth in its direct channel revenue stream, driven by a high level of e-commerce, digital transformation and international expansion. For the quarter ended September 30, 2021, the company said total revenue increased 153% year-over-year to C$10.4 million, taking total revenue for the first nine months of its 2021 financial year 180% higher to C$26 million. "Our third-quarter results reflect the continued tremendous momentum the company has been experiencing since the fourth quarter of 2020,” Adcore CEO Omri Brill said in a statement. “This is our fourth consecutive quarter achieving triple-digit YoY (year-on-year) growth, generating C$39.3 million TTM (trailing 12-month) revenue and 189% YoY growth, establishing Adcore as one of the fastest-growing public Ad-tech companies,” he added.

Endeavour Mining PLC (LSE:EDV, TSX:EDV, OTCQX:EDVMF) told investors it had a strong third quarter, putting the gold miner on pace to beat the top end of its 1.5 million ounce (Moz) full year production forecast with all-in-sustaining-costs (AISC) within its guided range of between US$850 and US900 per ounce. West Africa's largest gold producer generated 382,000 ounces from across its seven mines in the three months to September 30, up from 244,000 ounces in the year-earlier quarter, at an AISC of US$904 per ounce versus US$906 per ounce in 3Q, 2020. The miner realized gold prices of US$1,763 per ounce in the quarter, down from US$1,841 in the year-ago period, while revenue came in at US$692 million, up from US$435 million in 3Q, 2020, but down from the US$753 million seen in the second quarter of this year, mainly due to lower gold sales at its Ity, Karma and Wahgnion mines.

Harbor Custom Development Inc said it has entered into a contract with MainVue W LLC for the sale of 24 developed view lots in the Horizon at Semiahmoo community in Blaine, Washington State for $4.8 million. The company said the closing is scheduled for late December 2021. In July 2021, Harbor acquired 214 acres which included 71 developed lots adjacent to the Semiahmoo resort in Blaine. 'MainVue Homes’ stellar reputation, upscale design, and luxury finishes lay the groundwork for a very successful project,” said Harbor CEO Sterling Griffin in a statement.

PlantX Life Inc said it has acquired majority equity interests in each of Eh Coffee Corp and Portfolio Coffee Inc from their respective shareholders in a cash and shares deal. Vancouver-based PlantX said it plans to sell the companies' products on its online platform and at its physical locations. It will also exclusively use these curated beans to make the coffee beverages in its state-of-the-art cafes located in XMarket Squamish, XMarket Venice Beach, XMarket Hillcrest, XMarket Tel Aviv, and the two upcoming XMarkets located in Hudson's Bay stores (Yorkdale & Rideau). By featuring the portfolio brand at the XMarket Cafés, PlantX said it can offer same-day delivery throughout Vancouver, Los Angeles, San Diego, Tel Aviv, Toronto and Ottawa.

DGTL Holdings Inc has reported fiscal 2021 revenue of C$3,976,793 during its first full year of operations following the company’s acquisition of Hashoff LLC. DGTL said Hashoff continues to expand its customer base and diversify its revenue streams by adding numerous global brands as new key accounts. As well, the company noted its previously announced proposed merger with Engagement Labs (TSX-V:EL) (Engagement Labs (TSX-V:EL)) Inc will most likely be completed in early 2022.

Nextech AR Solutions Corp said it generated a double-digit year-over-year revenue increase in its third quarter of 2021. For the three months ended September 30, the company banked $5.7 million in revenue, an increase of 23% from the year-ago period, Nextech said in a statement. It added that product sales increased 20% to $4.6 million, technology services rose 22% to $0.8 million, and renewable software licenses jumped 153% to $0.2 million.

Loncor Gold Inc announced assay results from its drilling program within its 84.68%-owned Imbo Project in the eastern part of the Ngayu greenstone belt in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The Toronto-based company reported that the final borehole of this year’s drilling program, borehole LADD026, drilled at its Adumbi deposit, intersected 22.03 meters (m) grading 5.11 grams per tonne (g/t) gold, 11.20m grading 4.93 g/t gold, 4.83m grading 2.51 g/t gold and 6.50m grading 2.36 g/t gold. “This core hole was situated below the open pit shell in the northwest of the Adumbi deposit and intersected the mineralization at a vertical depth of 480m below the surface. These results with high grades over significant widths further demonstrate the underground resource potential below the pit shell as well as excellent continuity of the mineralized, banded ironstone formation (BIF),” said Loncor President Peter Cowley.

Canntab Therapeutics Limited said it has received its medical sales license from Health Canada for its Markham, Ontario facility, enabling the sale of all products directly to medical consumers. The final regulatory step was required to launch the company's direct-to-consumer website, allowing patients across Canada to order online the unique patented exact-dosage hard tablets and caplets of THC and CBD in various strengths. Canntab noted that exact dosing is a key element in its offerings to address the needs of the medical community.

Organic Garage (TSX-V:OG) Ltd has announced the expansion of its private-label Kitchen Originals brand to include Certified Organic Cantina Style Tortilla chips. The company said it chose a cantina-style tortilla to differentiate itself in the market, as this cantina-style tortilla is first baked then fried, which minimizes oil absorption and produces a pure and authentic flavor. “Adding this product to our Kitchen Originals lineup continues the tradition of bringing our customers the best products from around the world and delivering chef quality products at everyday low prices,” Organic Garage (TSX-V:OG) CEO Matt Lurie said in a statement.

Bam Resources Corp revealed that the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) in Nevada has accepted its second amendment notice and the required bond is in place for expanded drilling at the company's flagship Majuba Hill Copper project in Pershing County, Nevada. The Vancouver, British Columbia-based company said that “the additional drill sites are planned to expand the Majuba-known copper oxide” and test the Induced Polarization (IP) resistivity anomaly that suggests more deep porphyry may underly the DeSoto copper oxide target. In a statement, Bam Resources CEO David Greenway said: "The additional permitting is very timely because we have the drill rig on-site. This is an ideal time to drill for a possible westward extension to our known copper-oxide area."

Perma-Fix Environmental Services (NASDAQ:PESI) Inc told investors that the global pandemic had hit revenue in the third quarter but that it was seeing an improvement in 4Q amid new contracts and a return to normal business. In the three months to September 30, revenue at the nuclear and mixed waste management group came in at $15.8 million, down from $30.2 million in the year-ago quarter. The company said the decrease was mainly due to its services segment where revenue was $6.9 million, compared to $23.1 million in 3Q, 2020. Meanwhile, revenue in the group's treatment division was around US$8.9 million, compared to US$7.1 million in the same period last year.

Looking Glass Labs Ltd announced that it has closed a non-brokered private placement of 5,000,000 units of the company issued at a price of C$0.50 per unit for gross proceeds of C$2.5 million. Each unit is comprised of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional share for a period of 60 months at an exercise price of C$1.25 per share. The Vancouver, British Columbia-based company said that proceeds from the offering will be used for general working capital purposes. The company noted that finder's fees of C$15,900 in cash, 145,950 in shares, and 31,800 in broker warrants have been paid to qualified parties. The broker warrants have been issued with the same terms as the warrants. Two insiders of the company participated in the offering and will acquire an aggregate of 400,00 units. Looking Glass also announced the appointment of Neil Stevenson-Moore as its Chief Product Officer.

American Resources Corporation (NASDAQ:AREC) announced it has started selling and shipping metallurgical carbon from its recently opened Carnegie 1 mine. In a statement, the Indiana-based company said the mine is currently running seven days a week and adding additional production and maintenance shifts. The product is going to a customer base using the carbon for steelmaking in international and domestic markets, added American Resources.

Trust Stamp (OTCQX:IDAI, EURONEXT:AIID) Inc said it has appointed Kristen Stafford and Berta Pappenheim as independent non-executive directors to its board, effective December 1, 2021, as it prepares to uplist to the Nasdaq. The provider of AI-powered trust and identity services said both Stafford and Pappenheim currently serve in advisory capacities for the company. “Kristin has wide-ranging expertise in delivering SaaS (software as a service) and enterprise compliance platforms on a global scale, while Berta brings her extensive knowledge in occupational psychology and cybersecurity,” the company’s chairman David Story said in a statement. “As the newest members of the board of directors, their skill sets are a valuable contribution to the Trust Stamp (OTCQX:IDAI, EURONEXT:AIID) team, and we look forward to working with them closely as we execute our plans for uplisting to Nasdaq together with strategic growth,” he added.

Co-Diagnostics (NASDAQ:CODX) Inc has announced record third-quarter 2021 revenue of $30.1 million, a 38% year-over-year increase, which the company attributed primarily to sales of its Logix Smart coronavirus (COVID-19) test. Co-Diagnostics (NASDAQ:CODX) also recorded a 67.5% increase in its gross profit for the quarter to $26.8 million, representing 89% of consolidated revenue due to improved product mix as compared to the same period last year.

The company also said it will be awarded the 'Innovation Impact Award' at the 2021 BioUtah Life Sciences awards which will be presented on Friday, November 12, 2021, during a virtual ceremony in which pre-recorded videos of the winners will be unveiled. Co-Diagnostics (NASDAQ:CODX) CEO Dwight Egan will accept the award on behalf of the company. The company will be releasing its latest earnings after the market close today, November 11, 2021. Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, BioUtah said the award is for Co-Diagnostics (NASDAQ:CODX)' high-quality, cost-efficient coronavirus (COVID-19) test, which is deployed in the US and throughout the world. The test, a real-time PCR test using the company's patented CoPrimer technology, was one of the first COVID-19 PCR tests in the nation to receive emergency use authorization from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the first from a US-based company to receive a CE marking, playing an important role in expanding testing early in the pandemic.

Vuzix Corporation (NASDAQ:VUZI) said it has been named a multiple CES 2022 Innovation Awards Honoree for Vuzix Shield, the company’s line of next-generation smart glasses. The CES Innovation Awards program is an annual competition honoring outstanding design and engineering in consumer technology products. Vuzix noted that this year's CES Innovation Awards program received over 1,800 submissions, a record high. The announcement was made ahead of CES 2022, the world's most influential technology event, happening January 5 to 8, 2022, in Las Vegas, Nevada, and digitally, it added. "Vuzix remains an innovative force in the AR/smart glasses industry, and these awards mark the 18th straight year we have been so honored at CES,” president and CEO Paul Travers said in a statement.
