Live Company Group PLC (AIM:LVCG) said the third quarter of 2021 was the best for the company since the start of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
The live events and entertainments group said 16 BRICKLIVE events have already been confirmed for 2022, including four in North America, where the group is looking to enlarge its presence.
There are 26 themed tours in circulation with a further two under construction for 2022, Live Company told investors.
The company reported it has nine contracts with clients in the US and Canada. Two new contracts are currently under negotiation with potential tours for 2022.
The North American business remains a key strategic geographic region for the group.
As for the BRICKLIVE Zoo programme, it also has nine contracts with zoos and aquaria in 2021. The company is currently in discussions to stage the Brickosaurs tour in Asia beyond its current end-date of June 2022.

Meanwhile, Christmas is coming but seemingly later this year with bookings for Christmas tours confirmed “uncharacteristically late”, according to the company.
The company confirmed three new contracts for Christmas tours from Rugby Borough Council, Bishop Stortford BID and Blackburn BID have been signed. Rugby Borough Council and Bishop's Stortford BID are new clients. For Blackburn BID this is their second tour this year and their third in total.
Live Company has acquired a minority 20% interest in E-Movement (Pty) Ltd (EMPL), the promoter of the Cape Town E Prix.
Live Company believes the Cape Town E-Prix, part of the electric cars Formula E season, represents a major source of potential revenue for the company with revenues across the initial five-year term of the FIA Formula E commitment expected to exceed £5mln.

Diversification via our LCSE [Live Company Sports & Entertainment] division as well as the investment into START.art [online e-commerce art platform] and our focus on the US and Asian markets has meant we have come through this difficult period with additional opportunities and revenue streams,” said David Ciclitira, the chairman of Live Company.
“Looking ahead our strategic focus includes the launch of BRICKLIVE digital which is being developed to maximise our reach in the digital world and to capitalise on our investment in Start.art by creating a supplementary revenue stream. I look forward to updating investors on our next steps with regards to this exciting opportunity,” he added.
Shares in Live Company rose 4.4% to 3.55p in the first hour of trading.
