Primary Health Properties PLC (LSE:PHP) bought the company that owns the Lambgates Health Centre, Glossop, Derbyshire, for £5mln.
The purpose-built facility is let to a GP practice, which provides 100% government-backed income from the asset.
PHP said the weighted average unexpired lease term and lot size are “in line with the portfolio average”.
The property group now has 518 assets, of which 20 are in Ireland, with a rent roll of £139mln.
