Faron Pharmaceuticals Oy (AIM:FARN, OTC:FPHAF) has won its arbitration case against Rentschler Biopharma for the “unfounded termination” of an agreement to manufacture Faron’s drug Traumakine.
Rentschler has been ordered to pay Faron €3.8mln in damages.
“As previously communicated, a third-party recovery services provider funded the proceedings for Faron,” the company said in a brief statement to the market.
“The funder will receive compensation from Faron in accordance with the litigation funding agreement.”
