Induction Healthcare Group PLC (AIM:INHC) has landed a contract potentially worth £5.2mln over four years to supply its Attend Anywhere platform to the Department of Work and Pensions.
It is part of a larger deal struck by Induction's partner, Involve Visual Collaboration, which is helping support the virtualisation of the UK benefits system.
It is Induction's first major contract outside the healthcare sector and “exemplifies the versatility” of the company’s platforms, said chief executive James Balmain.
“We are pleased to be working alongside Involve to support DWP's virtualisation of the UK benefits system and hope that this will be a strong driver in the recognition of Induction's platforms as an adaptable solution as we continue to build on our strong sales momentum,” he added.
The total value of the deal to Involve is £3.95mln over the initial two years and £7.79mln for the full four years. Of that £2.6mln will go to Induction over the first tranche of the agreement, rising to £5.2mln over four years.
