Bellevue Gold Ltd (ASX:BGL)'s share purchase plan (SPP) aimed at raising A$25 million will close this Friday, November 12.
The SPP gives shareholders the opportunity to acquire shares at the same price of A$0.85 as its recent institutional share placement, which raised A$106 million.
Funding growth
The SPP is part of a capital-raising bid that will subsidise increased exploration and development at Bellevue Gold Project, and move Bellevue into the ranks of Australia’s top 20 producers.
A stage two feasibility study, based on a resource of 1.5 million ounces, is now fully funded to production, and the company intends to drive further growth by upgrading mineral resources and ore reserves.
All Bellevue Gold directors and executives have indicated that they intend to take up the full entitlement of $30,000 in shares, highlighting their confidence in the project.
Eligible shareholders as at September 1, 2021, who wish to participate in the SPP can review the terms of the SPP and apply to participate in the SPP via the offer website.
