IronRidge Resources Limited noted that its ordinary shares began trading on the OTCQX Best Market trading platform in the US today.
“By joining OTCQX, we now have an effective platform from which to reach a significantly larger investor audience,” commented Vincent Mascolo, chief executive officer of IronRidge.
OTCQX trades companies, including blue-chip level ones, which are not listed on traditional US exchanges, although they must follow specific rules subject to their home regulation – the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange in this scenario.
The company said it believes commencing trading on the OTCQX is a natural step forward to address international interest in listed lithium companies, and greater liquidity for investors.
“We believe there is wider interest in IronRidge's projects and shares outside of the UK… [and we] look forward to providing investors in both the UK and the US with regular progress updates at this exciting and pivotal time for the company," added Mascolo.
