Zoglo's Incredible Food Corp. CEO Tony Morello tells Proactive it will acquire a 51% interest in Monday Swiss UK Ltd., a leading European-based developer and manufacturer of innovative plant-based food alternatives.
Morello says in addition, the plant-based food company's shares have been accepted for listing and have commenced trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FSE) under the symbol "7UT".
