Induction Healthcare Group PLC (AIM:INHC) said it is seeing strong demand for its flexible care platforms and the integration synergies from Attend Anywhere, bought in June for an initial £15.6mln, have exceeded expectations.
In a short update ahead of the company’s annual meeting, chief executive James Balmain said it currently had contracted revenues of £11.2mln for the year to the end of next March. As a result, the business remains on track to meet forecasts.
“As health systems around the world continue to execute their pandemic recovery plans, we're seeing rapidly increasing levels of investment from both local providers and regional care systems,” the Induction CEO said.
“The acquisition of Attend Anywhere in June further enhances our leading market position and gives us comprehensive coverage of the secondary care patient pathway by allowing us to offer appointment booking, remote data capture and the full range of telephone and video consultations.”
The company has developed platforms designed to make life easier for patients and healthcare professionals. Attend Anywhere has developed an application that enables video consultations.
