Proactive Group Holdings' Ian McLelland talks to Katie Pilbeam about entering a strategic alliance with investment bank Canaccord Genuity (TSX:CF, LSE:CF) Group Inc to become the preferred provider of digital investor relations services to small and mid-sized growth companies.
As McLelland explains, Proactive will work with Canaccord’s corporate finance clients to provide a comprehensive range of investor engagement solutions.
And Canaccord will make a direct investment in Proactive which will be used to finance further acquisitions.
