Canada Silver Cobalt Works Inc revealed that it has engaged GoldSpot Discoveries Corp to apply its machine learning technology and geoscience expertise to its Castle East project located in in the prolific silver-cobalt mining district of northern Ontario. The Coquitlam, British Columbia-based company, which recently discovered a major high-grade silver vein system at Castle East, said GoldSpot will be working in conjunction with the company's geotechnical team to help in expanding current resources, creating additional drill targets, and to identify smart targets for new discoveries at a more regional scale. Canada Silver Cobalt Works has extensive datasets across multiple geoscientific fields. “GoldSpot will homogenize, integrate, process, and interpret these exploration datasets,” said the company.

Kidoz Inc, the mobile AdTech developer, said it saw strong advertiser demand during its third quarter, leading to “rapid growth” for the company as it expanded its international partnerships. The company said that it delivered 345 million impressions throughout the quarter, a 35% increase over the 265 million it saw in the previous quarter of 2021. On the video front, Kidoz delivered another 121 million views over the three-month period, an increase of 5% from 2Q 2021.

Victory Resources Corporation has announced a non-brokered private placement to raise up to C$1 million by issuing as many as 18,181,818 company units at a price of $0.055 per unit. Proceeds from the financing will be used for the ongoing exploration and drilling program on its Smokey lithium property in Nevada, as well as towards general working capital in furtherance of the company's business. Each unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, which entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share of the company at a price of C$0.07 per share for a period of 24 months from the date of closing and are subject to an acceleration clause that may be triggered (after the initial hold period of the shares has expired) should the shares trade at or above $0.20 for a period of 10 days. Finder's fees may be paid in both cash and finders warrants (having the same terms as the warrants) in connection with a portion of this private placement pursuant to the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE).

American Manganese Inc said it will be amending the exercise price for 3.6 million stock options previously granted in February 2021, subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange. For the 1 million stock options previously granted on February 16, 2021, the exercise price per share will be reduced from $1.99 to $1.00. For 2.6 million of the stock options previously granted on February 17, 2021, the exercise price per share will be reduced from $2.63 to $1.00. None of the optionees are company insiders. All other terms and conditions of these stock options remain the same.

Hillcrest Energy Technologies (CSE:HEAT, OTCQB:HLRTF) Ltd announced that it achieved breakthrough results on the interim proof of concept (PoC) testing of its High-Efficiency Inverter (HEI), confirming the ability to eliminate switching losses and increase switching frequencies without raising temperatures. The Vancouver, British Columbia-based company’s first PoC is a 10kW/800V silicon carbide (SiC) inverter being used to test performance and efficiency benefits for future electric vehicles and other e-mobility powertrains. “The company believes its HEI technology has the potential to offer a new class of energy densities in inverters and electric machines. The ability to completely eliminate the switching losses places our HEI at the boundary of what’s physically possible for inverter efficiency,” said Ari Berger, Hillcrest chief technology officer in a statement.

Todos Medical Ltd has announced that its wholly-owned CLIA/CAP-certified laboratory Provista Diagnostics is seeing a significant increase in coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR testing volume with its new automation in place. Todos said it completed automation installation in the third quarter of 2021 and began ramping up sales efforts heading into the 4Q. The company noted that James Doherty was hired in the 3Q as senior director of business development to help drive growth at the Atlanta-based lab Todos acquired in April 2021. As a result, these developments led to a significant increase in testing volume in October, Todos said.

Camino Minerals Corp said in preparation for initial drilling at its 100% owned Maria Cecilia property, the company’s second copper project in Peru, its CEO and other members of its management team recently visited a village adjacent to the project to present the proposed work program, which includes building roads for exploration access, soil and rock sampling and trenching, and diamond drilling. Camino noted that an environmental instrument, which is in the final stages of review by the Peruvian authorities, is expected in December 2021, followed by the start of operations at the beginning of 2022.

Mountain Valley MD Holdings Inc (CSE:MVMD, OTCQX:MVMDF). said it has forged a product development and commercial licensing agreement with Red White & Bloom Brands Inc (CSE:RWB, OTCQX:RWBYF)., one of the top three multi-state cannabis operators active in the US legal cannabis and hemp sector. The Toronto-based company said the agreement establishes the terms on which Mountain Valley will develop and license formulas using its Quicksome technology and novel cannabinoid solubilization techniques to be applied by Red White and Bloom to various cannabis product applications. “The agreement grants Red White and Bloom an exclusive five-year license in Florida, Michigan, and California to manufacture and distribute its cannabis products in exchange for the payment of product fees and ongoing sales royalties,” said the company.

Vuzix Corporation (NASDAQ:VUZI) has announced that The AVR Lab, a distributor of Vuzix Smart Glasses products to the Australian and New Zealand markets, continues to place follow-on orders. In a statement, Vuzix said customer-use cases to date have included on-site inspection and maintenance, work instructions and remote technical support, and on-the-job training. "We are excited to continue working with a company like Vuzix that delivers such innovative and important products to the world," said Danny Gambaro, director of The AVR Lab.

CO2 GRO Inc (TSX-V:GROW, OTCQB:BLONF) CEO John Archibald told shareholders that the company’s technologies and benefits are resulting in significantly increased grower profitability while also reducing a grower’s ecological footprint. “I believe our shared vision of CO2 GRO revolutionizing the 600 million-square-foot global protected agriculture industry making it more profitable and sustainable is achievable over time,” wrote Archibald in a letter addressed to CO2 shareholders. "Our CO2 Delivery Solutions and plant Pathogen Perimeter Protection technologies and benefits are proven in scientific and commercial settings improving grower yields by up to 30% and sharply reducing micro-pathogen growth such as E.coli and powdery mildew."

Deep-South Resources Inc (TSX-V:DSM) said that the High Court of Namibia has ordered the Ministry of Mines and Energy of Namibia to complete its filing of the documents supporting the decision of the Minister to refuse the Haib Copper licence renewal before November 11, 2021. The Ministry proceeded with a first filing on October 21, 2021 but it was not complete and did not include any documents directly related to the decision of the Minister to deny the renewal of the Haib Copper licence. The Court will hold another hearing on November 11, 2021, to define the further procedures with regards to the review of the decision of the Minister.

Vicinity Motor Corp has announced the appointment of respected commercial transportation veteran Brent Phillips as its new senior director of sales for North America. Phillips, who has over 20 years of experience in the commercial transportation field with a specific focus on commercial buses, will lead Vicinity Motor's sales activities throughout the US and Canada.

Western Magnesium Corporation has announced that it has hired media veteran Ashleigh Barry to serve as its senior vice-president of media relations and corporate communications. The company said Barry will help it amplify critical messaging and raise awareness about its industrial technology mission, technological advancements and its innovative approach to eco-friendly magnesium metal production in the United States. Canaccord Genuity (TSX:CF, LSE:CF) has raised its price target for Nomad Royalty (TSX:NSR) Ltd following its acquisition of a gold stream on Orion Mine Finance's 40% interest in the Greenstone gold project, noting that Orion is Nomad's largest shareholder, with around a 70% interest. The broker maintained its 'Buy' rating on the company and raised its target price to C$17.50 from C$16.50. Canaccord's analysts said they view the transaction as positive, with an NPV5% (net present value at a 5% discount rate) of $102 million and internal rate of return (IRR) of about 7% on their long-term gold price assumption of $1,860 per ounce (oz); about 5% at $1,600/oz. The Greenstone stream gives Nomad a long-life, anchor asset in Canada, representing about 17% of its royalty net asset value for Nomad, they added.

Zoglo's Incredible Food Corp. has entered into a binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) to acquire a 51% interest in Monday Swiss UK Ltd., a leading European-based developer and manufacturer of innovative plant-based food alternatives. The company said it anticipates Monday Swiss' experience in new product development will help ensure that Zoglo's product portfolio continuously evolves to enable it to be a leader in Canada and globally. Zoglo’s said the MOU supersedes the non-binding letter of intent (LOI) to acquire a 50.5% interest in Monday Swiss previously announced on August 3, 2021.

New Pacific Metals (TSX:NUAG, NYSE:NEWP) Corp has released more encouraging drill results from four holes at its Phase 1 discovery program at the Carangas silver project in Bolivia. The drill assays follow on from an initial two holes, reported in September this year, which also showed silver-rich polymetallic mineralization, including higher grades. So far, these six holes, which tested the West Dome target at the project, have defined a mineralized area measuring around 1,000 meters (m) long by 700 meters wide and up to 400 meters in depth.

Logiq Inc has told investors that its board of directors has approved a plan to separate its DataLogiq and AppLogiq businesses into two independent publicly traded companies. The company said following a strategic review of its growth strategies and structure, the board determined that creating two standalone businesses would best position DataLogiq and AppLogiq to capitalize on their respective growth opportunities in the rapidly evolving global e-commerce and fintech landscape. It would also be the best path to creating shareholder value. “We believe separating AppLogiq and DataLogiq into two ‘pure-play’ publicly-traded companies would unlock additional value for our shareholders,” Logiq President Brent Suen said in a statement. “As independent companies, each would have a sharper focus and greater flexibility to pursue M&A opportunities in their respective markets for e-commerce in the US and fintech markets in Southeast Asia.”

Delta 9 Cannabis Inc has provided positive guidance on its revenue forecast for the three-month period ending September 30, 2021, based on preliminary results. The Winnipeg, Manitoba-based vertically integrated cannabis company anticipates revenue for the three-month period ending September 30, 2021, to be at between $15.1 million and $15.4 million, compared with $13.1 million for the same period a year earlier. In addition, Delta 9 expects to chalk up revenue for the nine-month period ending September 30, 2021, between $45 million and $45.3 million, compared with $37.9 million for the same nine-month period a year earlier. The preliminary estimated financial results have been prepared by the firm’s management.

Safe-T Group (NASDAQ:SFET) Ltd has announced that its enterprise privacy business unit has received a purchase order for a project led by an Israel-based global data services company that intends to utilize its recently announced web Data Collection-as-a-Service (DCaaS) solution in the analysis of online leading social media sites. The cyber security and privacy solutions company noted that the initial value of the high margin project is $180,000 and the potential value from the specific customer is estimated at $500,000 a year. The DCaaS solution was chosen following an intensive testing and evaluation period focused on determining performance metrics including system stability, and the diversity and the scalability of the data collection platform versus existing solutions on the market, it added.

Lumina Gold Corp (TSX-V:LUM, OTCQX:LMGDF) said it has successfully completed the reorganization and consolidation of its concession package comprising the Cangrejos project in Ecuador. The consolidation has streamlined permitting and development of the Cangrejos and Gran Bestia deposits which previously straddled multiple concessions. Lumina retains its total land package of 6,373 hectares but that land will now be across seven concessions instead of ten previously, the Canada-based precious and base metals exploration and development company said. “Not only does this bring Cangrejos and Gran Bestia onto one consolidated concession; it also brings in all the unexplored peripheral targets onto the main concession that will be permitted. This consolidation is an important step towards advancing and permitting the project,” said Lumina SVP Diego Benalcazar in a statement.

ACME Lithium Inc reported that it has nearly doubled its footprint in the Fish Lake Valley in Esmeralda County, Nevada after staking 63 new claims encompassing approximately 1,301 acres contiguous to its FLV project. The battery metals company said the additional claims strategically protect its north and northwestern portion in the basin. On October 7, 2021, ACME announced that its recent geological field review and sampling program at Fish Lake Valley had resulted in surface lithium values up to 410 parts per million (ppm). The promising lithium result indicates a mineral process was active during deposition of the underlying sediments, according to the company. Additionally, barium analyses of 1,800 ppm support that the mineral process was active, it added.

FPX Nickel Corp (TSX-V:FPX) said new test results on tailings and waste rock indicate the potential for its Baptiste project to become the nickel industry’s first carbon-neutral operation. The Vancouver-based company said that the results showed that the injection of carbon dioxide as simulated flue gas can increase the ability of tailings and waste rock to sequester the gas into a permanent mineralized form. That means the project has the potential for enhanced carbon capture and storage in tailings and waste rock, according to FPX. "FPX is very proud to be playing a leading role in applying fundamental science to evaluate the potential for large-scale permanent carbon capture and storage in the mining industry," CEO Martin Turenne said in a statement.

Predictmedix Inc. (CSE:PMED, OTCQB:PMEDF) is gearing up to commercialize its Safe Entry Station in the EU and key global markets. In a statement, the company said it has been granted Conformitè Europëenne (CE) Mark status and ISO13485 certification for its Safe Entry Station. The CE mark declares the conformity of the Safe Entry Station with EU regulations and indicates that a product has been assessed by the manufacturer and deemed to meet EU safety, health, and environmental protection requirements. ISO13485 is the medical device industry's most widely used international standard for quality management. "The CE mark and ISO13485 certification are essential regulatory milestones for commercialization across Europe and the Middle East," said Rahul Kushwah, Chief Operating Officer at Predictmedix.

Vox Royalty (TSX-V:VOX) Corp said it remained on track to deliver revenue from its portfolio at the higher end of its expectations of between C$4 million and C$5 million for full-year 2021. In a statement, the royalty group, which has 50 royalties and streams spanning eight jurisdictions, reported it had realized preliminary quarterly royalty revenue of around C$1.56 million in the third quarter to September 30 this year.

Altaley Mining Corporation (TSX-V:ATLY) revealed that it is eyeing the first production through the mill at its polymetallic Tahuehueto mine in Mexico near the end of this year and that it has hired local firm MGA as its underground mining contractor. Durango city-based MGA has over 20 years of experience and its clients include various prominent companies such as Newmont Corp (Goldcorp), Pan-American Silver, Endeavour Silver, Fresnillo, First Majestic, and others. "Engaging MGA as Tahuehueto's underground mining contractor is another milestone and brings our company closer to start production at Tahuehueto," said Ralph Shearing, CEO of Altaley, adding that the contractor will ensure that mill feed tonnages will be available to sustain continuous milling operations."

QC Copper and Gold Inc. (TSX-V:QCCU, OTCQB:QCCUF), part of the Ore Group of companies, announced the start of its fall 2021 drilling program on its Opemiska property near Chapais in Quebec within the prolific Chibougamau region. The Toronto-based junior explorer said the 6,000-metre program is focused on testing the extensions of the Saddle Zone and the Eastern Veins and on confirming the orientation of multiple mineralized structures in both areas. In addition, some holes will target some pillars within the mined-out portions of Veins #2 and #3 in order to infill some halo holes and to get additional intersections in the footwalls of existing veins, said the company.

Royal Wins Corporation (CSE:SKLL), an innovative digital games studio pioneering skill game wagering and betting on mobile casual games, said it is pleased to enter the US market, which will be a significant “revenue catalyst” for the company. Mobile gaming in the US has become a dominant force in the rapidly growing video gaming market, with puzzle games representing the highest share of the mobile gaming revenues, noted the company. Newrange Gold Corp. (TSX-V:NRG, OTCQB:NRGOF) said it has closed the acquisition of a 100% interest in the past-producing, high-grade Argosy Gold Mine in the Red Lake Mining Division of northwestern Ontario. Under the acquisition, the company said it acquired all of the shares of Cangold Ltd., which owns the mine, in exchange for $100,000 and the issuance of 4,461,007 common shares. In addition, there is a requirement to issue $250,000 in common shares on November 1, 2022, as evidenced by a promissory note, at the greater of: 90% of the volume-weighted average price at which the shares have been traded on the exchange during the 20 trading days preceding November 1, 2022; and $0.1125.

Plurilock Security Inc. (TSX-V:PLUR) said Aurora Systems Consulting, Inc, a wholly-owned subsidiary, has received a US$220,000 order from the US Department of State as part of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's (NASA) Solution for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) program, a US Government-Wide Acquisition Contract Vehicle (GWAC). According to the purchase order, Aurora will provide the Department - which oversees US foreign policy efforts via diplomacy, advocacy, and aid - with maintenance renewal on change and configuration management software. It said the order is part of the SEWP V program and aligns with its stated goal of expanding within the government vertical. Including the latest order, all contracts and orders announced by Plurilock and its subsidiaries since April 2021 represent a combined total of roughly US$12.56 million in sales, the company added.

GreenBank Capital (CSE:GBC) Inc said it has mutually agreed to terminate a commercial agreement with Pharmakure Limited, that would have seen it acquiring a shareholding in the biotech company and provide it with merchant banking services, and the two are currently discussing new terms. The companies have agreed that there are no further accrued rights, entitlements, obligations, or funding requirements under the November 2020 agreement by either party and that all costs incurred to date by either company are for their own account, it added. Additionally, a C$50,000 sum paid by Pharmakure to GreenBank in May 2021 is a non-reimbursable payment for work performed, the company said.

AEX Gold Inc (AIM:AEXG, TSX-V:AEX) has said progress is continuing at its Nalunaq gold project in Greenland, with 7,000 metres (m) of the 2021 drilling programme completed to date. Some 90% of drill holes reached target depth and provided main vein intersection where predicted as part of the updated geological models, the gold company said in a statement. Core samples have been sent for testing, with results expected to start coming in before the end of the year.

Harbor Custom Development Inc has announced the appointment of Lance Brown as the company’s new chief financial officer. Goldshore Resources Inc said it has inked an agreement for a brokered private placement to raise aggregate gross proceeds of up to $7 million and also unveiled the appointment of a new chief financial officer (CFO). The company said it has entered into an engagement letter with Eventus Capital Corp., as lead agent and sole bookrunner, on its own behalf and on behalf of a syndicate of agents to be formed, in connection with the brokered private placement of flow-through shares (FT share) at a price of $0.65 per FT Share, and premium flow-through shares at a price of $0.76 per Premium FT Share. The company said it intends to use the proceeds raised from the offering for future exploration work on its Moss Lake gold deposit in Northwest Ontario, Canada. In a statement, Brett Richards, president and chief executive officer of Goldshore commented: "This key financing de-risks the Company well through its 100,000m drill program and near to its completion." Goldshore also announced the appointment of Marlis Yassin as its chief financial officer (CFOO) effective November 1, 2021. Gavin Cooper, who has served as Goldshore's CFO since 2017, will continue to be available to work with the company as a consultant.

Nabis Holdings Inc has announced that Caravel CAD Fund Ltd and the company have entered into binding minutes of settlement contemplating a full and final mutual release and that all legal proceedings previously commenced by the parties will be dismissed. Nabis made the announcement as it announced that it has received an agreement proposal from over 75% of the holders of its 5.3% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2023 issued for the Senior Unsecured Notes Indenture made among the company, Odyssey Trust Company and certain guarantors dated January 26, 2021, and amended on April 1, 2021. The proposal would agree on a series of transactions that would have the effect of acquiring all of the outstanding Senior Unsecured Notes for representing $64 per $100 principal amount of the debentures outstanding, on an “interest flat” basis following the sale of all of Nabis’ Subordinate Voting Shares of Verano Holdings Corp (CSE:VRNO, OTCQX:VRNOF) to Caravel CAD Fund for a consideration of $14,103,680.40 and under a plan of arrangement filed by the company in proceedings commenced under the British Columbia Business Corporations Act.
