DSW Capital PLC, a business advisory services provider, is to list on AIM in early December.
The company, founded by James Dow, Jon Schofield and Mark Watts in 2002, provides advice on disposals, acquisitions, buyouts, private equity and fundraisings.
The company plans to raise £5mln in fresh capital on admission to AIM.
