archTIS Ltd shares can now be traded on the US OTCQB market under the ticker ARHLF.

AR9 has listed on the exchange to broaden its international profile and give it direct access to US institutional and retail investors as it lengthens its footprint in North America.

Through its data-centric information security solutions, archTIS has become a global provider of innovative software solutions for the secure collaboration of sensitive information in government, defence, supply chain, enterprises and regulated industries.

archTIS products include Kojensi, a multi-government certified platform for the secure access, sharing and collaboration of sensitive and classified information; and NC Protect for enhanced information protection for file access and sharing, messaging and emailing of sensitive and classified content across Microsoft 365 apps, Dropbox, Nutanix Files and Windows file shares.

Growing demand fuels listing

“We are pleased to be quoted on the OTCQB Venture Market due to growing demand from institutional and retail investors in the US who have expressed interest in archTIS’ global story around securing the world’s most sensitive information,” archTIS managing director and CEO Daniel Lai said.

"We believe this move will help support our efforts to scale our secure collaboration technologies across the globe and diversify our shareholder base, without impacting our existing ASX obligations.”

Companies must jump through a range of hoops to be listed on the OTCQB, however, it is generally well worth the effort as the index helps companies build shareholder value, achieve liquidity and a fair valuation.

This will be important as AR9 expands its US footprint.

“We have had strong initial conversations with US investors,” archTIS global COO and US president Kurt Mueffelmann said.

“As our business continues to expand on a global basis, we’re establishing deep roots in the US with the presence of key corporate executives and a major focus on US expansion including federal agencies and defence contractors.

“The OTCQB listing only further confirms that commitment.”
