H&T Group PLC (AIM:HAT) said Diane Elizabeth Giddy today started her employment at the group as chief financial director (designate).
Giddy, who was previously CFO of FirstRand Ltd’s London branch, will join the H&T board as an executive director and chief financial officer upon completion of the requisite regulatory approvals, the pawnbroker company said.
