Westminster Group PLC (AIM:WSG) said non-executive director Lady Patricia Lewis has stepped down from the board.
Her place has been taken by Major General (Retired) Graham John Binns, CBE, DSO, MC, a highly-decorated retired British Army officer with more than 10 years’ experience as a senior board-level executive in the commercial security sector.
"I would firstly like to express my and the board's appreciation for Patsy's dedication and hard work over the past few years. She has made a positive contribution to the group and was a valued board member,” said the Right Honourable Sir Tony Baldry, the chairman of Westminster.
"Secondly we are delighted Graham has agreed to join the board of Westminster and I am sure his experience gained in both the military and the security sector, not least in emerging markets, will be invaluable to Westminster in the next stage of our growth,” he added.
