ECR Minerals PLC regretfully inform its investors that its CEO, Craig Brown, has unexpectedly passed away this weekend.
It is intended that for the time being, a committee of current directors which include David Tang, Trevor Davenport and Adam Jones will continue to run the company and ensure that the drilling programs already outlined to the market continue on timetable.
David Tang, chairman, commented: "Craig was a good CEO and a great friend and his loss will be felt by many. Our thoughts are with his family at this difficult time."
