AMPD Ventures Inc CEO Anthony Brown and CSO James Hursthouse joined Proactive to discuss its intention to acquire Departure Lounge Inc, a company pursuing various technology and content initiatives related to the development of the Metaverse.
Hursthouse would run Departure Lounge as a wholly-owned subsidiary of AMPD.
Brown and Hursthouse say what's more, it intends to complete a private placement for aggregate proceeds of up to C$3.5 million to help fund the transaction.
